WAXGOAT254 Grave Worship (Aus) - Blazing Into the Void - 7"

Existing in a blaze of sulfuric apathy, wreathed in the shackles of dissonant spirals, manifests the ghost shapes of old, Grave Worship were one of many entities throughout the early 2000’s, deep in dominion of Perth, Australia. Raw black metal lamentations of biting aggression will greet those who consume their spellcraft, and, Blazing Into the Void is no different and in allegiance with the iron fortitude of the GoatowaRex gauntlet—comes to acolytes in the compact form of seven inch wax.

Blazing Into the Void is a merciless excursion into the depths of dim maw and decadent melancholy, whose grim, emaciated production; forged in unison with scorned rasps, discordant cymbals and hazy tremolo melody, drown acolytes in a crushing atmosphere of brutal despair. Unrelenting in its release of desperate fury, this incantation is a scourge of merciless dictation and brutal anguish. Not only this, but joining Grave Worship as a guest sorcerer, is none other than Vordb of Belkètre and Les Legions Noire infamy; who brings his own tortured rasps and addition of solo string virtuosity to the first side of the incantation—with the second side Grave Worship paying homage to Belkètre with a special cover rendition of said entities opening spell on the now legendary Vlad Tepe/Belkètre split.

Running circles from a rotted halo of putrescent light, Blazing Into the Void showers those worshippers of tomb in an atmosphere of hopeless depression. No escape here amongst the hammering of drum and shredding of string, Grave Worship leave none of their acolytes intact. Tears drained from face, flesh pale with decay, these tyrants of raw black sorcery take no prisoners—only the already broken forms of cult adorners left untouched by their fervent savagery.
